Make videos with a style pack
A Style My Reel pack teaches your AI coding agent one complete video language. You need Claude Code (or another agent that reads skills) and, for rendering, HyperFrames (Node.js 22+ and FFmpeg).
Quickstart
- Pick a style, preview it live with its palettes, and buy it (or get All-Access).
- Download the .zip from the style page or your account.
- Unzip it into
.claude/skills/in your project. - Ask Claude for the video. (First time only: set up HyperFrames by following its README.)
claude "Make a 20-second launch video for Northwind 2.0 in the Midnight Gradient Launch style, 16:9 and 9:16"Install a pack
Every pack, character and template downloads as a .zip from its page or from your account once you own it. Unzip it into .claude/skills/ in your project (or ~/.claude/skills/ to use it in every project). You should end up with .claude/skills/stylereel-<slug>/SKILL.md. Downloads are fingerprinted to your licence; re-download any time to get updates.
Style × Template × Character
Three libraries that combine freely: a style is the look, a template is the structure and script, a character is the presenter. Unzip any mix into .claude/skills/ and name them in one prompt:
claude "Make a 30s product launch for Northwind 2.0 using the product-launch template,
Midnight Gradient Launch style, with Pip the Robot presenting"Characters recolour to the style palette (see “Using with Styles” in CHARACTER.md); templates map each beat to the style’s scene recipes.
Prompting tips
- Name the style and the palette: “…in Bento Feature Grid, Sand palette”.
- Give the real script or bullet points, and the exact numbers — packs forbid invented stats.
- Ask for every aspect ratio you need up front; each pack has explicit 16:9 / 9:16 / 1:1 rules.
- Ask Claude to “run the Pre-Render Self-Audit” before the final render.
Using your brand colours
Every STYLE.md has an “Applying a customer brand” section. Tell Claude your colours (“bg #0B0B0F, primary #FF5A36, text #F5F3EF”) and it maps them onto the pack’s semantic keys while keeping contrast. Want it done properly once? Get a Custom Brand Style.
Remotion & other agents
Packs are plain Markdown + HTML, so they guide Remotion projects too — ask Claude to translate the CSS keyframe recipes into Remotion’s interpolate/spring. Cursor, Codex and Gemini CLI can read SKILL.md/STYLE.md as context files.
Pack format
STYLE.md frontmatter is compatible with HyperFrames FRAME.md (colors, typography, spacing, components) and adds motion, sound and captions. The body covers overview, colours, typography, layout, components, motion system, 6+ scene recipes, captions, sound & voice, aspect-ratio behaviour, do/don’t, a pre-render self-audit and an agent prompt guide.
Licence in one paragraph
Videos you make are yours. Personal licences cover you or your own business; the Agency licence covers client work. Don’t resell or share the pack files. Full text: pack licence.
