Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Style My Reel (“we”, “us”), including our website, style packs, characters, templates and video production services. By buying or using them you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time email link. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account and licence key.

Style packs

Packs are licensed, not sold — see the Pack Licence. You may not resell or redistribute any pack files.

Done-for-you videos

You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us (scripts, logos, footage, music, trademarks, people’s likenesses). We do not produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes others’ rights, or impersonates real people or organisations, and may cancel and refund such orders. Delivery times start when payment is confirmed. On delivery you receive full commercial rights to the final video, subject to the licences of any third-party assets you supplied.

AI-assisted production

Our production uses AI tools (including Claude) under human direction and review. Do not rely on AI-generated wording for legal, medical or financial claims without your own review; you are responsible for the claims your video makes.

Payments & subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

Liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
