Privacy Policy

Template text — have it reviewed for your jurisdiction before launch.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account: your email address, purchases, licence key, download history (for licence enforcement).

• Orders: the brief, files and messages you send, and the videos we deliver.

• Payments: handled by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

• Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-less page analytics (if enabled).

How we use it

To deliver packs and videos, send transactional emails, prevent fraud and improve the product. If you join the newsletter we email new styles; unsubscribe anytime.

Processors

Hosting (e.g. Vercel), database (e.g. Neon/Supabase), file storage (e.g. Cloudflare R2), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), and AI providers used during production (e.g. Anthropic). Your order content is sent to AI providers only to produce your video.

Retention

Order files are kept for 12 months after delivery so you can re-download, then deleted. Ask us to delete your data anytime: hello@stylemyreel.mukh1.com
