Refund Policy

Template text — have it reviewed for your jurisdiction before launch.

Style packs

Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the law says otherwise. If a pack does not work as described, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from the billing link in your receipt emails; you keep access until the period ends. We refund an annual plan within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded any pro pack.

Videos

Each package includes the stated revision rounds. If we miss the promised delivery time, you choose: a refund of any rush fee, or 20% of the order back. If after the included revisions the video still does not match the brief, we refund 50%. Orders cancelled before production starts are refunded in full.
